Welcome to SALTY FINS House Rules

We are so excited to host you! To ensure everyone has a safe and relaxing coastal getaway, please take a moment to review our house policies. Booking this property means you agree to follow these guidelines.

Beach & Sand Management

Beach living is wonderful, but sand belongs on the shore, not in the beds!

Outdoor Shower: Please use the outdoor shower or foot wash station to rinse off sand from your body, feet, and gear before entering the house.
Towels: Please use the provided striped beach towels for the beach/pool. White bathroom towels must stay inside the house.
Gear: Please shake out all chairs, umbrellas, and toys before bringing them back to the storage area. Do not bring wet beach gear inside the living areas.

General House Rules

Smoking: This is a 100% smoke-free and vape-free property.
Occupancy: Only the number of guests on the original booking are permitted on the property at any time unless prior written approval is given.
Parties & Events: We have a strict no-party policy. Excessive noise or unauthorized gatherings will result in immediate cancellation of the stay without a refund.
Pets: We are dog-friendly! Please keep pets off the furniture and pick up after them in the yard.

Noise & The Neighborhood

We love our neighbors! Help us stay on good terms with the community:

Quiet Hours: 10:00 PM to 8:00 AM.
Outdoor Noise: Please keep music and loud conversation to a respectful level, especially when on the balcony or deck.
Parking: Please park only on the driveway. Do not park on the grass.

Safety & Maintenance

Weather: In the event of high winds or storms, please close all doors and windows.
Water Safety: There is no lifeguard on duty at the beach or hot tub. Please supervise children at all times.
Windows & Doors: Keep doors and windows closed when the A/C is running. The coastal humidity can cause the system to freeze if left open.
Security: For your safety, we have doorbells at the front and back entrances. We also have two outdoor cameras for the front and the back. There are no cameras inside the home.

Trash & Recycling

Coastal winds can blow trash into the ocean, so please secure all waste:

Trash Days: Mondays.
Procedure: All trash must be bagged and placed in the outdoor bins. Please ensure the lids are tightly closed to keep local wildlife out.

Check-Out Checklist

To help our cleaning crew get the home ready for the next guests, we kindly ask that you:

Load and start the dishwasher.
Take all trash to the outdoor bins.
Turn off all lights and the A/C set to 75.
Ensure all doors and windows are locked.

Note: Failure to comply with these rules may result in additional cleaning fees or a request to vacate the property.
